Terms of use

Last updated 1 November 2026. See also the privacy policy.

By using NESTS Satellite HQ you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

A fan site

NESTS Satellite HQ is an unofficial, non-commercial fan site. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by SNK Corporation or Netmarble. THE KING OF FIGHTERS, KOF AFK, all character names, artwork, skill icons and game data are trademarks and copyrights of SNK Corporation and Netmarble, and all images belong to their respective owners. They are shown here for reference and commentary about the game. If you own something shown here and want it removed, contact the admin and it will be.

Accounts

• Your account is yours alone: don’t share it, and keep your password (and your recovery codes) safe. You’re responsible for what’s done with it.
• Pick a username that isn’t offensive and doesn’t pretend to be someone else.
• The admin decides who gets an account and what access it has, and can suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules.

What you add

Insights, team names and notes, shared teams and shared videos are visible to other members (and, when the admin lets visitors in, to anyone). By adding them you confirm you’re allowed to, and you let the site show them. Don’t add anything that:

• is abusive, hateful, harassing, sexual, or otherwise unpleasant to other players;
• breaks the law or someone else’s rights (including links to pirated content or to someone else’s work passed off as yours);
• is spam, advertising, or links to scams or malware;
• includes someone’s personal information without their permission.

Editors and moderators can edit or remove what members add, and the admin can remove anything. Ranks, roles, scores and insights are the opinions of the people who wrote them, not facts or the game’s own ratings.

Using the site

Don’t try to break into accounts, get around the site’s limits or access controls, overload it, or copy its data in bulk with automated tools.

No guarantees

The site is a hobby, offered as it is and free of charge. Its data comes from the game and from players and may be out of date or wrong, and the site may change, break or go away at any time. As far as the law allows, the people running it aren’t liable for any loss from using it or relying on it.

Privacy

What the site keeps about you, and why, is in the privacy policy.

Changes

These terms may change; the date at the top changes with them, and anything significant is announced on the Discord server. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions go to the admin there.
